What we do ?

We believe health and wellbeing are universal human rights, and we all deserve to live in a society where our mental health is seen as important as our physical. Everyone, everywhere should have someone to turn to in support of their wellbeing. Bridging Consciousness addresses key topics to support this belief:

In support for effective and inclusive collaborative practice a co-design Work Package (WP) plays a key role in setting the ground work for outputs and longterm change.

WP 1: Community Engagement and Awareness

Activities: Create a social media campaign to share personal stories and experiences related to mental health.

Outcomes: Increased community participation and understanding in mental health discussions and issues.

Outcomes: Improved knowledge and resourced platform related to mental health and psychosocial support.

WP 3: Stigma Reduction Initiatives

Objective: Educate the community to reduce stigma surrounding mental health.

Activities: Launch campaigns that challenge misconceptions about mental health.

Outcomes: Decreased stigma and discrimination related to mental health within the community.

WP 4: Empowerment and Support Networks
